The loss of a pet, whether an unexpected shock or an expected farewell, can be traumatic to the people who loved that pet.
The depth of bereavement is directly related to the degree of unconditional love we experienced. The intensity and effects of grief varies from individual to individual, but can include profound change to a person’s emotional, physical, and spiritual well-being.
The Paws to Remember program facilitates a resolution through the grieving process with group support – we heal the heart through sharing. It runs on the first Tuesday of the month, from 5-7pm.
Paws to Remember is free to attend, and led by Gord Youzwshyn.
