Virginia Cummings Bursary

The Virginia Cummings Bursary was established in 2008 in memory of Virginia Cummings who was a dedicated volunteer and one of the greatest advocates and benefactors of The Pet Therapy Society of Northern Alberta.

Virginia Cummings

As a tribute to her tireless advocacy for pet therapy, the Bursary was created to continue to honour her commitment to animal-assisted therapy and the human-animal bond. The bursary will provide financial assistance to individuals to further their education in related studies.

Donate

The Pet Therapy Society of Northern Alberta welcomes donations for funding the bursary.  With your assistance, we hope this bursary fund will grow so that we can honour Virginia in perpetuity while furthering the opportunities of those who share our goal to encourage therapeutic and mutually beneficial interaction between companion animals and people. 100% of the donations will be committed to the bursary fund.

Thank you for any donation you are able to provide.
